**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 35 dated 5.6.2016, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 324, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.
Counsel for the petitioners states that the allegations against the petitioners were that they had caught hold of the legs of the complainant. He further states that Section 307 IPC has been deleted. Counsel further states that pursuant to the order dated 7.10.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.
State counsel submits that the complaint has been given by the complainant and the matter is being investigated against the petitioners. He further states that the petitioners have joined the investigation.
