On the instructions of HC Gurpal Singh it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. The injury attributed to the petitioner with a khanda on the right hand of the complainant has been opined to be a simple injury. The petitioner having joined the investigation and having not been attributed any grievous injury, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation. The petitioner will not commit the similar offence,of which he is accused of, during pendency of the trial.
