This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from HC Major Singh from Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation and has surrendered his Passport.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 20.9.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
