The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against Parveen Kaur and other respondents for quashing the order dated 17.09.2015 passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana in criminal complaint No.553 dated 02.12.2008 under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, whereby the application of the petitioner to record his evidence through video conferencing has been dismissed. Notice of motion was issued. Learned counsel for the respondents appeared and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record.

CRM No.M-35101 of 2015 -2subsequent proceedings have been quashed by this Court vide separate order of even date in connected petition, therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
