*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kashmir Singh from Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar (Rural) states that petitioner has furnished an affidavit that she does not hold any Passport and she is not required by the police for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 20.09.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
