 "#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.179 dated 01.08.2014 registered at Police Station Guruhar Sahai, District Ferozepur under Sections 406/498<A IPC.

   Learned State Counsel, on instructions from HC Baldev Singh, submits that the petitioner in compliance of the previous orders dated 23.01.2015 has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.10.2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
