(Oral) The State counsel apprised this Court that the petitioner has already been granted concession of anticipatory bail by this Court and thus the present petition whereby the petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 4.8.2018 (Annexure P-5) whereby he was declared as proclaimed offender has become infructuous.

The counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be disposed of accordingly.
