(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to official respondents to transfer the investigation of FIR No.0043 dated 25.05.2016 registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala to some Special Investigating Team, to be headed by some IPS Officer or to CBI regarding the murder of the son of the petitioner, who was a renowned Kabaddi player.
