NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has instructions to state at the bar that a consent award has been passed by the Arbitrator on 23.12.2014 and, as such, all the disputes pending between the parties have been resolved. In support of her contention, she has produced photostate copy of the consent award dated 23.12.2014 and joint statement of the parties, which are taken on record.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
