Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.107, dated 15.07.2013, under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Division No.2, Ludhiana.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his coaccused was found in possession of 110 vials of Rexcof Cough Syrup and 100 strips of parvon Spas Capsules, each strip containing 10 tablets.

Since the petitioner was found in possession of commercial quantity of the contraband, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner, is made out.

Dismissed.
