JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner was working as Data Entry Operator with S.G.P.C/respondent and for his absence from duty w.e.f 16.1.2002 to 27.1.2002, disciplinary proceedings were initiated resulting into his termination of his services, which have been challenged in the present writ petition, which stands "Admitted". By way of filing the present application bearing C.M.No.11892 of 2016 being supported by an affidavit, the petitioner is seeking an unconditional withdrawal of the present writ petition.
