!" This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 199dated 31.07.2014, under Sections 326/323/324/323/341/506/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Samana, District Patiala. On 13.10.2015 the following contention was noticed :- "
Learned counsel states that in this case the petitioners' side has lodged a case under Section 302 IPC against the complainant party and those accused implicated the petitioners' side in a cross case under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC. He further argues that the petitioners and some other persons were found innocent. Then first application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was filed and the same persons were summoned as additional accused but the Court declined to summon the petitioners. It is only thereafter that another witness was examined who inculpated the petitioners and the petitioners have now been summoned in second round of application under SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.12.02 12:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh

Learned Addl.AG has accepted the above said factual assertions and has accepted that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. In the circumstances the application is allowed and the order dated 13.10.2015 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
