(ORAL) This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 20.09.2017 :- "Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail to them in case FIR No. 93 dated 23.07.2017, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the instant FIR was got registered at the behest of Charanjit Kaur alleging that her minor daughter aged 171⁄2 years had been taken away by the son of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2. In fact, the son of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 has solemnized the marriage with the daughter of the complainant and in this regard they had approached this Court for protection. They are ready to join the investigation. No recovery is to be effected from them. Notice of motion for 30.1.2018.

However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from HC Jaspal Singh, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.09.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
