(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents to raise the grievance that Sh.P.C. Singla, who according to the respondents, was not entitled to the pay-scales, which he was granted, has not been withdrawn so far, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner, who was senior to Sh. P.C. Singla and has not been granted the same pay as granted to him. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
