After arguing for sometime and realising that the aforesaid summoning order is revisable order under Section 397 Cr.PC, counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 13.10.2015.
