This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 06.05.2024 passed in CWP-10302-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel has supplied copies of two separate orders dated 14.07.2025 passed qua both the petitioners. Copies whereof have also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the orders passed, learned counsel for the petitioners' states that he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.
