RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the impugned order dated 21.11.2023, Annexure P-11, vide which claim of the petitioners has been rejected in an illegal, arbitrary, without any documents in favour of respondent No.6. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.6 to remove the encroachment made by it on the land of the petitioners. It is further prayed to direct respondent No.6 to pay the compensation to the petitioners for its illegal action of using land of the petitioners by way of encroachment.
Learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that against the impugned order remedy of filing an appeal before the Secretary, Department of Local Bodies, is available to the petitioners and hence they be directed to MEENU 2024.05.06 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.6, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the Secretary, Department of Local Bodies.
