CRM-M-35131-2015 (O&M) After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition to raise all the pleas/defences before the trial Court, however, it is requested that since petitioner No.8 - Naresh Devi is a lady, her appearance before the trial Court may be exempted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is directed that in case, the petitioner/accused - Naresh Devi files an application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. seeking exemption from personal appearance, the trial Court shall grant the same to her on appropriate terms and conditions.
