CRM-M-36019 of 2016 The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 475 dated 27.9.2015 registered at Police Station Surajkund, Faridabad under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2015 and in the first statement given to the Tehsildar, the father did not suspect anything but two days later he had got the FIR lodged. Counsel for the petitioner further contends that an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was filed which was dismissed and only 07 witnesses out of 25 witnesses have been examined and the case is going at a slow pace.
