(Oral) By way of filing the present application, applicant - Aarti seeks transfer of suit for mandatory injunction filed by her husband Mohit Gupta against her titled as 'Mohit Gupta vs. Aarti', pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mohali to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Karnal.

Heard.

The nature of the litigation is in the form of a civil suit, where personal appearance of the applicant on each and every date of hearing is not necessary. She can appear there through her counsel.
