(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action and complete the investigation of FIR No.158 dated 16.12.2016 registered under Sections 420, 120-B, 447, 511 IPC at Police Station Ladowal, District Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already submitted a representation 19.07.2017 to respondent No.2. Counsel for the petitioner restricts his arguments to the extent that respondent No.2 be directed to decide his representation dated 19.07.2017. Heard.

In view of the above facts and circumstance, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
