ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of case bearing NACT No.347 of 2017, titled as "Varinder Arora vs Meenu Seth" (Annexure P-1), as the same is pending since 19.01.2017.

Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the case, before the trial Court is fixed for final arguments and the respondents have taken 66 opportunities to lead their defence or conclude the arguments, however, the case is being adjourned again and again. Heard.

In order to avoid any further delay, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, as the case is being matured for final arguments.
