Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 126 dated 09.10.2015, registered under Section(s) 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already been acquitted of the charges by the learned trial Judge after trial rendering the present petition infructuous and the same be disposed of as such.
