CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present :
Mr. Rahul Jaswal, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Dhruv Sihag, AAG., Haryana.
(Presence marked through video conference).
ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.195 dated 08.10.2020 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station Narwana City, District Jind. When this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, given the antecedents of the petitioner, who has had as many as 5 FIRS registered against him in the past, even though, he is stated to be on bail in all those criminal cases, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He submits that he is under instructions that petitioner would surrender before the trial Court within a period of two days from today and seek regular bail in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn.
