RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.0199 dated 26.08.2016 registered under Sections 323, 34, 427, 436, 452, 506 and 511 IPC at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala, on the basis of compromise dated 21.09.2016. Learned State counsel, filing status report by way of affidavit of Amit Bhatia (HPS), DSP, Naraingarh, on behalf of respondent No.1, which is taken on record, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that untraced report has been filed against both the petitioners.

As per reply dated 23.03.2017 filed by respondent No.1, petitioner No.2 Vishal has expired during the pendency of this petition. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
