It is submitted that petitioner who had been promoted to the post of Elementary School Headmaster (ESHM) was, however, reverted to the post of Art and Craft teacher on 31.03.2021 pursuant to orders passed in CWP-10597-2016. Petitioner has thereafter submitted representation seeking promotion to the post of TGT (Hindi) from the date his juniors had been promoted. It is submitted that petitioner was advised to proceed through proper channel vide memo dated 09.08.2021 from the Director, Elementary Education, Haryana pursuant to which petitioner's request was forwarded through proper channel. Thereafter legal notice dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P-5) is also stated to have served but to no avail.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the prayer for a decision on legal notice dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P5), submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not raise serious objection to the restricted prayer addressed. Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to decide legal notice dated 15.11.2021 (Annexure P5) by passing a speaking order, within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
