Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 07.10.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been issued by Registrar, Hindu Marriages, Sub-District Ghaziabad. . Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation
