"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.28 dated 14.03.2014 registered at Police Station Nawan Gaon, Distt. SAS Nagar under Sections 406, 420, 1206B IPC.

Vide order dated 20.02.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
