This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to properly investigate the case bearing FIR No.0001 dated 27.01.2025 under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) BNS (Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC) and Section 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Barnala.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Manjinder Singh, submits that challan has been presented in this case. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned State Counsel, the present petition to seek directions to investigate the case has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of as having been infructuous. 4.
