**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to official respondents to take legal action against the private respondents and to conduct free and fair investigation in FIR No.0163 dated 07.07.2022 registered at Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, under Sections 376/506/120-B of IPC. Learned State counsel, who is present in Court on advance notice, submits that FIR was registered against 08 persons and 06 were found innocent. Kuldeep Singh i.e. respondent No.6 has already been arrested and respondent No.5 is out of country. The Investigating Officer is trying his best to arrest respondent No.5 and in this regard, appropriate steps have already been taken and further would be taken. In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
