Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the letter dated 18.03.2021 along with minutes of meeting dated 15.03.2021 and letters dated 20.04.2021, 24.04.2021 and 30.04.2021 (Annexures P-8 to P-11).

Learned State counsel submits that the matter is covered with the ratio of the judgment laid down by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-14553-2021 titled as Sandeep Kumar and Others vs State of Haryana and another, decided on 02.06.2022. He further submits that the claim of the petitioners will be considered as per the aforesaid CWP.
