Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 9.4.2015 under Section 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 12 of Passport Act, 1967 and Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station City Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2015. Co-accused of the petitioner namely Rakesh Kumar and Raj Kumar, who were similarly situated, have been granted bail by this Court vide Annexures P-1 and P-2.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
