RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.69 dated 11.08.2016 registered under Section 65 of the Information and Technology Act at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, producing the certified copy of the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.98/2018 (Saurabh Sachan v. Shweta Sachan) on 29.10.2018 submits that impugned FIR has already been quashed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Therefore, instant petition has rendered infructuous.
