Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition at this stage; however, he prays that time bound directions be issued to the learned Additional Deputy Commissioner, Urban Development, Mohali, for decision of the appeals preferred by the petitioner and respondent No. 4. 4.
Learned State counsel as well as learned senior counsel for respondent No.4 do not oppose the aforesaid course of action. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the learned Additional Deputy Commissioner, Urban Development, Mohali, is directed to make an earnest endeavour to decide the appeals preferred by the petitioner and respondent No.4, respectively, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. 6.
