Seeking setting aside of impugned judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present revision petition under Section 401 CrPC/442 BNSS. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with a request that the matter be sent for Mediation, given the judgment passed by this Court in CRR No. 2873 of 2025 titled "Sonu Kumar v/s Kulbir Singh", decided on 10.03.2026.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a request to the concerned Sessions Court to send the matter for mediation and both the parties be directed to appear on 27.04.2026 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
