(ORAL) Present Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff against the order dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panchkula in Civil Suit No. 231 of 2018; whereby evidence of the petitioner has been closed. Mr. Ashwani Gaur, Advocate appears and files separate Power of Attorneys on behalf of respondents No.1, and respondents No.2 to 6. The said Power of Attorneys are taken on record. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondents No.1, and respondents No.2 to 6 submits that present Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has withdrawn the main Civil Suit before the learned Trial Court vide order dated 04.01.2025. A copy of the said order, and the status of Civil Suit No. 231 of 2018 are handed over in Court today, which are taken on record. However, in case anything survives in the present petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same within a period of 4 weeks from today, if so advised.
