**** SANT PARKASH J.(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.63, dated 23.04.2021, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

The allegations against the present petitioner are that on conducting raid by the police 40 Kg lahan was recovered from his house, whereas, he ran away from the spot.
