Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has filed the instant petition under wrong impression when her brother did not return to home for a considerable time. Though, in fact, the brother of the petitioner has gone to Dera Baba Radhaswami. The petitioner and her brother have made their statements as Annexures R-1/T and R-2/T in this respect.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed being meritless.
