The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned action to the respondents to the extent that the claim of the petitioner for selection/appointment against the post of ETT Teacher is not being considered by respondents.

Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a representation dated 21.02.2025, Annexure P-15, has been submitted, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.
