Bansal, Advocate, for respondents No.10 and 12 ***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect life and property of the petitioner and his family members and for further direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take action against accused No.5 to 12 and for further direction to hand over the investigation to police agency or independent agency like Central Bureau of Investigation.

In FIR No.59, dated 17.06.2010, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station Cantt Ferozepur, after completion of investigation, challan has already been presented in the Court. The said FIR was got registered at the instance of the petitioner. So far as FIR No.50, dated 08.05.2011, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Cantt Ferozepur is concerned, the same has been duly investigated and cancellation report has been submitted before the Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Magistrate had not accepted cancellation report, Annexure R-1/T and has ordered further investigation in the matter.
So far as FIR No.119, dated 12.08.2013, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Cantt Ferozepur is concerned, after inquiry cancellation report, Annexure R-3/T has been prepared.
In view of the above facts, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.
Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
