******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh submits that respondent no. 2-Gurjit Singh has absented before the trial Court and his bail bond and surety bond have been cancelled. Now the Court has issued proclamation to procure his presence. As bail bond and surety bond of respondent no. 2-Gurjit Singh have already been cancelled, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. In the event of fresh bail application by respondent no. 2-Gurjit Singh being moved, facts stated in this petition will be taken note, if so, presented before the Court concerned.
