***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 19.05.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
