Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are apprehending danger to their life at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Petitioners had approached respondent No.2 by way of representation (Annexure P-3) for protection of their life and liberty but no action has been taken on the same so far.
