**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In paragraph 18 of the peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner menƟoned that he has involved in two criminal cases. However, State counsel on instrucƟons submits that the peƟƟoner has involvement in eleven more cases. At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wants to withdraw the present peƟƟon with liberty to file fresh peƟƟon.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the instrucƟons of criminal history to the counsel for the peƟƟoner to enable him to file a fresh peƟƟon. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
