Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the present petition, petitioner No.1, who was the husband of respondent No.2-informant, has since died and petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are not in a position to honour the compromise effected between the petitioners and respondent No.2-informant and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to enable petitioner Nos.2 and 3 to raise all the pleas, taken in this petition, before learned trial court in accordance with law.

The said prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the State.
