The petitioner is seeking a direction to official respondents to redress his grievance as raised in representation dated 29.05.2020(Annexure P-3) and to protect his life and liberty from private respondents No.4 to 10, who are stated to be interfering in his peaceful life. 2.

Learned State counsel has referred to the reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Pardeep Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samalkha, District Panipat, a copy whereof has been taken on record. According to the same, during enquiry, it has been found that petitioner is having dispute over a street with his brothers. Panchayat was also convened. Just to put pressure, instant petition has been filed, naming Sarpanch as well certain other persons, who participated in the Panchayat, just to settle personal scores. in the allegations mentioned in the petition was found and there is no threat perception to the petitioner, as alleged.

In view of the status report filed by the State, no interference is warranted by this court under extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. In case the petitioner is still having any grievance, he can seek any other alternative remedy, available under law.
