The petitioner has alternate remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure like filing of complaint etc., which he can avail. However, without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka to look into the representation Annexure P-2 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
