The petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Mahesh alleging that on 26.10.2015 the complainant and two others were attacked with a vehicle. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had struck his vehicle against the complainant, as a result of which, he fell down. The petitioner was allegedly driving the vehicle. There is previous enmity between the parties. With the assistance of learned State counsel, I have gone through the police file, which indicates that the complainant had not received any grievous injury on his person and that there has been previous enmity between the parties. The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 11.7.2016 and three witnesses have already been examined. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
