Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 146/2007 dated 28.6.2007 under Section 406, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Jandiala Guru, District Amritsar.

Heard.

In the present case, although, petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender but now he is in custody since 3.8.2015. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar.
