(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press this petition any further and the same may be disposed off as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the bail petition after the petitioner surrenders.

No direction as being sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is needed as this Court is confident in case the petitioner moves an application for bail, after surrendering, the same will be decided by the learned trial Court expeditiously.

Disposed off, having not been pressed.
